On paper & bulk copies
You can distribute your own copies to young people in your area of NSW, but please collect them and return them to YAPA:

request bulk quantities of the more eye-catching colour version of the survey:

- email info@yapa.org.au with your name, agency (if any), phone, postal address and the quantity you can use.
Deadline, results
All completed surveys must be returned to YAPA by 1 March 2009.
The results will be reported here in mid-2009.
