Privacy on the Opening the Doors website

Emails you submit from the Opening the Doors website are sent to YAPA.

These emails are not sent to the NSW Department of Community Services or any other funding body. YAPA will not disclose information which could identify any person, project or organisation to the NSW Department of Community Services, or to any other funding body, or to anyone outside YAPA.

The information in your email is available to everyone in the YAPA team, but only when needed to do their job. Our team includes:

  • all paid staff and contractors
  • volunteers and students on placement
  • YAPA Board of Management members.

This information stays within the team. We don't tell things about you to anyone outside the team without your permission, except when someone is in serious danger or when we are legally required to.
