If you do not receive this confirmation within 7 days of faxing us, please ring ASAP, as technical breakdowns occur and you might not be booked in.
- We advise against booking unrefundable travel or accommodation until we confirm your place.
Places are limited and the course may fill up at any time. YAPA may give priority to members and people in our target group, and we may limit how many people can attend from the same agency.
Refunds? Cancellations at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in full. Refunds after that date are at YAPA's discretion depending on the circumstances.
