Policy
YAPA is not in a position to provide individuals or services with financial donations.
Donations/Sponsorships given by YAPA
- YAPA does not give donations or sponsorships to individuals or services.
- Equipment Donations - Where equipment or furniture is no longer required, YAPA can dispose of it in accordance with the Management of Equipment policy.
Donations to YAPA
- The Executive Officer is to be informed of any requests for Donations.
- YAPA cannot issue a "Tax Invoice/Receipt" for taxation purposes to any individual or organisations as it has no Deductible Gift Recipient status.
- All prospective donors are to be informed that no tax invoice can be issued, which MAY affect the recipients giving capacity.
- The Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 is to be adhered to when fundraising activities are organised.
Sponsorships to YAPA
- Sponsorships will only be accepted by the Executive Officer if it is in line with YAPA's values.
