10. You find alcohol during a bag search. The under age young person immediately tells you that they want it back and that they will leave. Can you confiscate it?

13. A parent tells you that their son or daughter must not leave the service during the program. After the parent has left the young person says they are going to their friend's house to get "smashed". Can you force them to stay?
