How to book and pay

You can only book on the online form.

After you submit your form, you will see a "thank you" page and soon you will get an automated email response - this does not guarantee you a place.

YAPA staff will reply by email again within 7 days. If places are still available, we will send you an invoice with details of how to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer. (Sorry, no credit card payments).

We will hold your place until 3 weeks before the event. After that date, bookings that have not been paid for will be re-allocated in order of payments received, so you could lose your place.

When we receive your payment we will confirm your place.

If no places are available, we will put you on a waiting list and notify you if a place become available closer to the event.
Note:
- Places are limited and the event may fill up at any time.
- YAPA may give priority to members and people in the target group, and we may limit how many people can attend from the same agency.
- We strongly advise against booking unrefundable travel or accommodation until we confirm your place.
Refunds or credits?
Cancellations in writing (eg. email) at least 7 days in advance will be refunded or credited in full. Refunds/credits after that date are at YAPA's discretion depending on the circumstances.

$125 YAPA member (conditions apply - see YAPA membership below)
$250 Non member
YAPA membership
It may be cheaper for your organisation to join YAPA and pay the members' rate. Membership fees depend on your organisation's budget for youth services - see membership form at www.yapa.org.au/yapa/membership/organisation.php.
Only those staff at the same postal address as the membership can pay the members' rate (except by prior arrangement).
Your organisation must be a financial member when you book to pay the members' rate.

Travel subsidies
YAPA provides travel subsidies for rural financial Organisational Members of YAPA (youth services) to attend this event. Please read the subsidy information & application form at www.yapa.org.au/youthwork/events/subsidy.php before making enquiries.
