For years now young people, youth workers and YAPA have criticised police and shopping centres for excessively excluding young people from public spaces - moving them on or banning them. Now it is time to look at youth services and their own 'exclusionary practices'. In 2005 one of YAPA's priorities is youth services and bans, hence this set of resources.
